Staying in connection with people through social media really help us to come across a lot of new things happening in the workplaces. It helps in increasing our knowledge about what the industries ask for and what we can provide. Thanks for such an interesting post.

Great post and suggestions. Indeed, Hispanics have been deeply by the current economic environment; however, Hispanics have also done more than their share to bolster the economy by surpassing spending as compared to the general population. While advertisers and marketing functions have used social media tools to reach out to Hispanics, they've not used it effectively to tap into the Hispanic workforce. I think more and more Hispanics will be looking for organizations' workforce to reflect the population to which they market. Social media really does provide the opportunity to allow organizations to begin that process. Thanks again for an interesting post!

One think folks over look is how much you learn, connect with new people and build your resume by volunteering. Aka I learned a lot and widen my network by volunteering to help with #Latism DC. Volunteering is such a great opportunity to try new things and gain new skills. Its also a lot of fun and rewarding. So make sure to add a bit of community work to the mix.
